Published annually by Education Reform Initiative (ERI)​ since 2008, Education Monitoring Reports offer objective, evidence-based and comprehensive assessments on education policy developments in Turkey. Education Monitoring Report 2014-15 addresses a wide range of issues including newly introduced vouchers for private schools, ongoing transformation of private tutoring centers, access to basic education, working children and Syrian children’s access to education, trends in secondary education, the latest ECHR decision on the compulsory religion course, and selected school facilities and services.
