NEPC programme is implemented through four strategic methods that endorse the vision of education systems committed to inclusion, participation, and collective wellbeing and mission of NEPC to empower the education ecosystem to support transition and transformation in the NEPC region towards earth-centric and inclusive education through policy, practice, research and international partnerships.

To fulfil its mission NEPC operates through four types of actions that are interconnected.

EXPLORING: by exploring education policy, issues and practices through policy analyses and research;

POLICY DEVELOPMENT: by creating and supporting policy coalitions and developing policy solutions and evidence-based policy recommendations;

LEARNING: by providing opportunities for learning to members and other educational stakeholders in the areas of NEPC expertise, developing resources and implementing learning events;

NETWORKING:  by sharing knowledge between members and other education stakeholders, and partnering with international actors working in areas of NEPC interest.
