The lecture The right to participate: How to achieve meaningful participation of children held by Ivana Borić, Ph. D., University of Zagreb, Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences was one of the keynote lectures on the second Policy Lab: Students’ participation – a path towards an inclusive and democratic society held within the Start the Change project. The lecture focused on three main segments: definition of child participation, presentation of the recent data on the child participation in Croatian context and recommendations for promoting meaningful child participation. Start the Change project is dedicated to supporting meaningful students’ participation and empowering students’ voice.
