In this Edu Focus episode, within the frame of the project “Empowering school principals for inclusive school culture” led by NEPC, National School of Leadership in Education of Slovenia (Šola za ravnatelje) and the Netherlands School Leadership academy NSO-CNA (NSO-CNA Leiderschapsacademie) share their decennial experience in providing professional development for school principals and they will discuss possible milestones towards the mainstreaming of similar programs in other countries. On the topic, National School of Leadership in Education of Slovenia and the Netherlands School Leadership academy coauthored the paper “Heading for Headship – Contrasting school leadership training in the Netherlands and Slovenia”.
